A plain summary of how Oversite is sold, so the commitments made elsewhere on this site are written down in one place. Your actual service agreement is the document that governs.
Last updated September 2026.
A site is a licensed service. Your bill follows how many are active: opening one is charged from the next invoice, and closing one stops being charged. Growing may move you into a better band, and that happens automatically rather than on request.
There are no set-up fees and no per-user charges.
Your data remains yours. You can export it at any time and we will help you do so. There is no exit fee. How that data is handled is covered by our privacy statement.
Pricing published on this site applies to new agreements. An existing agreement is not re-priced mid-term. If terms change we will tell customers directly rather than relying on you noticing an updated page.
If your organisation needs something specific written into an agreement, ask before you sign. Get in touch and we will talk about it.
