All prices exclude GST. A site is a licensed service, so your bill follows how many are active, so opening one is charged from the next invoice and closing one stops being charged.

What's included, and what isn't

Are there set-up fees?
No. Onboarding, training and moving your existing data across are part of the price.
Which modules do we pay extra for?
None of them. Every module is included at every size, so the price you work out above is the price.
What if we open or close a site?
The bill follows your active sites each month. Growing may move you into a better band, and that happens automatically.
Is there a contract?
A twelve-month agreement, billed monthly with nothing collected upfront, so there is no large payment to find at the start.
