Four kiosks run on tablets at your entrances: guardians sign their child in and out, visitors sign themselves in, staff reach their site's work, and contractors complete their induction before they start. Each is a single link tied to one site.
The attendance kiosk is what produces the attendance evidence behind your funding claim. The kiosk has to be fast enough to use one-handed with a toddler on your hip, so it is a PIN pad and nothing else.
What it records lands straight on the daily roll call, where staff can see arrivals against booked times and correct anything the kiosk missed.
In an evacuation, the people you most need to account for are the ones who don't work there. The visitor register keeps who signed in, who signed out, and therefore who is still in the building.
The site portal is a shared screen in the office: the jobs open at that site, the checklists due, the inductions outstanding. No individual login, because it is a shared device.
The induction portal is how a contractor's worker completes their site induction on arrival, including anything hazardous they are bringing with them.
Tell us how many sites you run and what you're using now, and we'll show you the parts that matter most to you. No obligation, and you'll hear back within one working day.
